Delete UNWAN Account and Data
Request deletion from Busted Minds without installing or opening the game.

Send your request
Email support@bustedminds.org with the subject UNWAN account and data deletion. Send it from the email associated with your Busted Minds Account where possible. Include your UNWAN handle and choose one of the following:
- Delete my UNWAN account and all associated game data.
- Delete selected UNWAN data while keeping my account. Specify cloud progress, social connections, results, or other data.
- Delete my Busted Minds Account and associated UNWAN data. This may affect access to other Busted Minds products; support will confirm the full scope before processing.
Do not send your password, sign-in code, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information. There is no fee, purchase, subscription cancellation, or requirement to reinstall UNWAN.
What happens next
Support verifies that you control the account, confirms whether your request concerns UNWAN only or your shared Busted Minds Account, and gives an expected completion time. Deletion is processed manually after verification; it does not happen just by opening this page. If you cannot use your account email, explain that in your request so support can arrange another safe verification method. We will tell you when the request is complete or explain any information we cannot delete and why.
An account deletion removes the UNWAN profile, cloud progress and preferences, achievements, sign-in sessions, friend requests and friendships, blocks, room invitations, route results, and associated moderation reports from the active UNWAN database. Signing in again after UNWAN-only deletion may create a new UNWAN profile.
Retention and data on your device
UNWAN game records have no automatic age-based deletion schedule. We do not routinely retain the listed product records in the active UNWAN database after an account-deletion request is processed. Provider backups, infrastructure logs, authentication records, and correspondence about the request are handled separately. If retention is necessary for security or a legal obligation, support will explain the retained information and its applicable retention period in the response. We cannot promise a fixed expiry for provider-controlled backups or logs.
Support cannot erase local browser storage on your device or copies of messages that other players have already received. Clear the site data for unwan.bustedminds.org in the browser used by UNWAN to remove local saves, preferences, and cached game assets. Uninstalling only the Android wrapper may leave that browser data in place.
